-A GEORGE ORWELL CLASSIC-
ANIMAL FARM

What's It All About?
Animal Farm is a short story written by author George Orwell which outlines the prevalence of communism in society. The story is told in a fable-like way which makes the main idea appear very childish and simple. In reality though, the novel illustrates what happens to society when rebellion takes over. This very realistic lifestyle is represented by the animals on the Jones' farm and their protesting against their owner. The animals enjoy the new freedom but soon the farm starts to resemble what it once was when it was controlled by Mr. Jones. The pigs take the leadership role into their own hands and "Animal Farm" is created.
Brilliantly written. Through the unique and intriguing characters, Orwell perfectly illustrates the struggles of society.
The Napoleon Times
The message of fascism is cleverly displayed in this symbolic and meaningful novel.
